Beau Biller joined the Platinum Sacramento lobbying team in 2005 and is a seasoned government relations professional specializing in transportation and infrastructure, warehousing, and environmental policy, including recycling and hazardous waste permitting. His client portfolio spans major industries such as logistics, public works, energy, and environmental services, where he provides strategic advocacy and legislative guidance on complex regulatory and policy issues.
Beau represents a diverse group of high-profile clients, including UPS, the Golden Gate Bridge Highway & Transportation District, the Design-Build Institute of America, and Ecobat—the largest lead battery recycling facility in the Western United States. His work focuses on advancing infrastructure development, streamlining permitting processes, and navigating evolving environmental regulations across California.
In addition to his core infrastructure and environmental practice, Beau has deep expertise in the recreational boating and marine industries. He represents the California Yacht Brokers Association, the Marine Recreation Association, and the California Association of Harbor Masters and Port Captains, advocating on behalf of stakeholders in California’s boating and marina sectors.
In 2023, Beau received the Merle B. Parke Annual Merit Award for his leadership in the marine recreation industry. He currently serves as Chairman of the Arden Arcade Citizens Planning Advisory Council, working closely with community stakeholders on local planning and policy matters.
